FAQs about rental bikes:

• The bikes: Our standard rental bikes are comfort bicycles and hybrids made by Fuji, Jamis and other great brands. We have men’s and women’s models as well as children’s bikes. Helmets are available for a small charge.
• Pick-up an drop-off: Want to pick up your bike at one location and drop it off at another? Just let us know when you come in and there’s no extra charge. We have one store in Manhattan and two in Queens.
• Reservations are not required.
• Free bike maps and lots of advice available. Ask our staff members about their favorite places to ride!
• Please bring a photo id and credit card with you to rent a bike. Children must be accompanied by adults.
